Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing all marketing for beauty brands and activities within the marketing department;
- Developing the marketing strategy for the beauty brands in line with Group objectives;
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales initiatives;
- Overseeing the beauty brand's marketing budget;
- Creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans;
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns;
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, be responsible for the results;
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns;
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications;
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials;
- Working closely with internal design team and assisting with new product launches;
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives;
- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing;
- Report to Senior Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related discipline;
- Strong digital marketing background;
- Strong analytical and project management skills;
- Confident and dynamic personality;
- Excellent copy- writing skills in Chinese and English;
- Experience in medical aesthetics industry is a plus;
- Immediate availability will be an advantage.
