Health Centre In-charge

The weighted GFA is around 557,000 sq ft. The Group principally engages in the provision of one-stop medical and health care services in Greater China. The Group provides a full range of services and products under its well-known brands, including DR REBORN, SPINE Central, NYMG, re:HEALTH, HKPV, UMH DENTAL CARE, HKAI, reVIVE, HKMED, SPECIALISTS CENTRAL and NEW MEDICAL CENTER, ZENITH MEDICAL CENTER AND PRENATAL DIAGNOSIS CENTRE, PRIME CARE, HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL CARDIOLOGY CENTER, PathLab Medical Laboratories, HAIR FOREST, VIVID EYE and EC Veterinary Hospital and Imaging Center.

To cope with our rapid expansion, we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of our winning team.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in managing and overseeing all health centers' operational matters with a clear objective to achieve long-term strategic business goals
• Review frontline productivity reports, provide insightful analysis to GM and CEO reflecting how well each center and the team are performing
• Responsible to carry out daily/ monthly performance reviews on frontline staff in order to manage and improve center productivity
• Oversee frontline sales activities and work closely with internal stakeholders on incentive program improvements
• Act as a bridge between the Head Office and all health centers ensuring a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service
• Work with Talent & Culture department on salary appraisals and people management
• Ensure all brand guidelines are met and compliance of operational processes and procedures for center operations, visuals and marketing within the centers
• Responsible for leading team development, coaching AOMs/BDMs and team building for each branch

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in medical center/ health center, preferably with experience in with clinic management
• At least 3 years of managerial experience
• Being independent, result oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Retail Management or any related discipline will be a plus
