Premium Service Ambassador

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the Brand ambassador and strive to deliver memorable premium customer service to VIPs of different Brands under Union Medical Healthcare Group
  • Customer-centric in driving total customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and enhance rapport/ further build relationship with VIPs to promote loyalty
  • Ensure VIPs experience from booking (online and hotline) to post-service/ consultation is smooth
  • Follow SOP and work with centre/ shop prior to VIPs visits and ensure all aspects presented at top quality
  • Address VIPs enquiries and follow up on complaints in a professional and timely manner to resolve issues to the satisfaction of VIP and company

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5, Diploma or above in any discipline. Hotel management is an advantage
  • At least 2 years’ experience in medical or aesthetics industry or knowledge in treatments/ products. Skills in serving VIPs/ premium customers with proven record is an advantage
  • Cheerful and passionate individual with outgoing personality
  • Attentive to details and service-oriented responsible team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cabin crew or work experience with luxury/premium brands or hotel preferred
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Shift duty may be required
