Key Focuses and Responsibilities

  • Handle monthly payroll calculation, tax returns, final payments, MPF, work injury administration and other payroll & compensation related assignments
  • Ensure salary and related payment in compliance with local law and in timely manner
  • Assist in payroll integration of M&A projects within the Group
  • Support various total rewards programs, including annual compensation review, salary survey, HRIS implementation, job evaluation and staff cost budget
  • Prepare various periodical HR analytical reports for management’s review
  • Support any other ad-hoc projects as assigned


Key Requirements and Expectations

  • At least 3 years experience in C&B and payroll experience, preferably from retail, beauty or medical industry
  • Good knowledge of general HR processes and procedures
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
  • Strong numerical sense, detail-minded, analytical and good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail, proactive, independent and well-organized
  • Immediate available is highly preferred. Candidate with more experience will be considered as a Senior Officer.
