Job Responsibilities
  • Assist customer service contact centres to perform all administration tasks;
  • Provide administrative support to the team;
  • Handle general enquires, appointment booking and hotline clients enquiries
  • Manage day to day operations, including sales documents, proceedings and follow-up
  • Handle administrative work on data entry and prepare reports to team leaders/ supervisors
  • System data drawings and analysis (e.g. daily, weekly & monthly report)
  • Provide prompt customer service support on ad-hoc situations
  • Others duties/ projects assigned

Requirements
  • Diploma equivalent in Business related disciplines;
  • Proficient PC Applications knowledge on MS Word, Excel (Pivot Table & VLOOKUP) and Power Point;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded. Well organized and able to work under pressure and time constraint;
  • Outgoing and good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Immediate available would be an advantage.
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
